2011 was a blast!
My 2011 in bullets:
- Boracay escapade with my beloved Tumblr friends: Darwin, Toi, Em and Jan.
- Watched a couple of concerts with friends: The Script and Maroon 5.
- First time to visit Bacolod and Davao for work.
- A lot of close friends went abroad to seek greener pastures: Ads, Elaine and Toi.
- I was able to organize and smoothly execute my little sister’s debut. All expenses were paid by yours truly of course. Some of my friends even got wasted that night!
- Explored the Puerto Princesa Underground River with my 3rd year high school friends.
- Bought my Mom a new phone for her birthday, after years of convincing her to replace her old one.
- Got myself a Blackberry Bold 9900 as birthday gift.
- Toi went home from Singapore so we invaded Fontana. Finally, Mela was able to join us. First time!!! We also visited her humble abode in Angeles.
- From Supervising Engineer to Manager as of December 1, 2011.
- 4 days before Christmas, I met someone who made me believe in love at first sight. We still have a lot of things ahead of us but I know we can surpass each hurdle together. I’m really looking forward in spending my lifetime with you. Always and forever!
Thank you God for the blessings! 
As another year is about to unfold, I promise that I would focus more on improving and loving myself this time.

Happy Valentine’s Day
Dear Tumblr Crush,
I’m really thinking if I’d go anon and post this on your Ask page. But I’ve realized that you might not take it seriously so I just posted it here and I hope you’ll be able to read this. So here goes. I regret to inform you that you’re my ultimate crush. You’re one of the few people who inspired me to blog here. It’s been a little over a year now, everything’s still the same. I’m here, you’re there. Seriously, I admire you not because of your beauty but because of the personality lying underneath your awesome posts. Our paths crossed a couple of times and during those moments, I can truly say, my heartbeat raced like there’s no tomorrow. I really want to approach you and talk to you, but because I’m well-known for being torpe, it didn’t happen. I’m sorry, I don’t have the courage to tell you how much I like you. I’m way out of your league. I’m not a hipster nor an artist, I’m just a simple kid who admires you a lot. I would’ve been your Backstreet Boys Concert date last year LOL =P Okay, I think I just gave it away. If I only knew back then that I’d end up like this. Oh well. I just hope that we can get to know each other. You know my number, do the Math. Kiddin! =P

Goals 2011
After evaluating the first two weeks of 2011, I was able to come up with a list of things that I want to accomplish this year:
- Free from Credit Card debts.
- Read at least 3 non-technical books.
- Update CV then try to enroll for MBA or Cisco.
- Sleep in my own room.
- Go back to 120lbs and maintain it.
- Maroon 5 Concert date in May.
- Organize little sister’s debut in July.
- Travel abroad.
- Buy a new phone.
- Save more, shop less, don’t swipe.
Date more, fall in love with one.
As far as I know, the things listed above are realistic and attainable. To be honest, I’m giving myself only 8 months to accomplish everything. I think it’s enough time for me to be able to cross them all out. I just hope that I can overcome the hurdles along the way. Good luck to me. I can do this. Aja!

Plurk 2008
My Plurk Friends
It all started with a joke. Kevin, Mark, Toshi and I plus the Plurk Newbies Lloyd and Charles decided to finally meet last December 30, 2010 in Mall of Asia. The Plurk Oldies have been online friends since 2008 so we thought it’s about time to bond in real life. Mark and I met Kevin in Trinoma then went directly to MOA where Toshi, Charles and Lloyd are already waiting. We ate our late lunch at Teryaki Boy and talked a lot. Stayed there until 6pm then transferred to Giligan’s to have a couple of Tanduay Ice. It was indeed an awesome experience, a day full of laughter and good vibes. I’m thankful I’ve met great people in Plurk. I hope I will also be given a chance to meet in person the other Plurkers that became my online friends. After all, Plurk is my first online sanctuary.
I hope Kevin will upload our photos without the smileys covering our cute faces next time.
